Fräulein Else is a 1924 novella by the Austrian writer Arthur Schnitzler It has been adapted into films on a number of occasions.

Faded green cloth binding. Engraved monogram in gilt on front cover and lettering in gilt on spine. Writing on front free endpaper. Binding is in good shape (worn but tight). Text block is secure. A couple of the last pages are beginning to come loose at the bottom corner. No markings, rips or staining. Some crushing and light wear along the edges and corners.
